My experience at the Conference was unforgettable. It was very inspirational seeing how many young, future entrepreneurs shared the same dream as I. The overall theme of the event was personal and professional growth. I remember my first few days in the marketing industry after joining Renegade Global Group and how much I’ve grown, not just with sales skills, but everyday life skills. I’ve improved at relating to people and creating very strong relationships with others, which is what success in this industry is all about. Being awarded a top leader at this conference was even more exciting as I see the growth in my own career. I’m so excited to attend more events such as the National Conference in the future as we continue to grow and progress as young entrepreneurs.

Our Social Media and PR Manager Jose Ramos reviews his experience at the conference of over 1500 Account Managers, Team Leaders, Branch Managers, and Regional, National, and International VPs of major companies in the outsourced marketing and sales industry. It was the first ever rally attended by the Renegade Global Team!

I had the opportunity to attend the first National Conference and Award Ceremony with the organization in Philadelphia this past Saturday, June 28th. I’ve have been invited to attend three previous conferences on a regional scale, but I had never been to such a large scale event. My excitement level was through the roof!

The best part about the conference for me was being able to network with other Managers and Team Leaders from across the country. It was also great too see some old friends from Dallas, Philadelphia, Boston, Arkansas, and New Jersey, all places I’ve visited while on business trips for Renegade Global Group.
I was also able to make an impact on some new faces, giving advice to recently promoted Team Leaders and Account Executives.

The most motivational part of the trip had to be our special guests speakers and seeing a mentor of mine receive a huge promotion to Consultant for one of our biggest clients. One thing I brought back to our team in Mineola, NY that I learned is to work hard for my dreams. I can make my dreams come true, and more importantly, help to make others’ dreams a reality as well.

Jose Ramos, a top leader at the Renegade Global Group in Mineola, NY, recently earned the opportunity to join members of the Renegade Global Group Management Team at a Job Fair in Queens in May. Here is what Jose had to say about his experience…

“I had the chance to join two great managers including our own Lauren Daley of Renegade Global Group at a recent job fair to help interview and recruit new job seekers in the sales and marketing field. I won a contest that gave me the opportunity to work personally next to some of the Management Team and was able to learn a lot about the things that hiring managers look for when they interview prospective candidates. Being around the managers for the whole day gave me the chance to pick their brains and find out what skills I will need to develop going forward in order to have success in the business world.

The day consisted of a recruiting event at a local school where we met sharp young adults. For me, the best part of the event was when Lauren asked me to interview some of the candidates for the company. This experience was unbelievable because I played a part in helping to recruit for our Verizon Team and I was also giving people the opportunity to work.”
